Gastronomy

We will pamper you with traditional recipes of the »Collio« and »Friuli« cuisines. We offer lots of home-grown vegetables, meat and wine, jams, honey, pasta and bread. Our specialities are pearl barley with vegetables, seasonal soups, omelettes, frico, gnocchi (small potato dumplings) filled with aromatic herbs and fruit, toč with ham and white polenta, lasagne (pie) with seasonal vegetables and chestnuts and pumpkin-based dishes.
